REFUND, SUBSCRIPTION AND USER CONSENT POLICY
Applicable to courses, workshops (online/offline) and subscription services operated under the brand name: Office Master.
- ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By enrolling in or purchasing any course/services (“Program”), the user confirms that:
- User have read, understood and voluntarily accepted this Policy prior to purchase.
- All key terms, including refund limitation, eligibility criteria and conditions, have been clearly disclosed.
- The Users acknowledge that they have relied primarily on official course materials and written communications provided by us.
- The Program is intended to enhance skills and knowledge. While we may provide guidance, tools or support for career advancement, it does not guarantee employment, placement, income or specific outcome. Individual results may vary based on the learner’s efforts, background and market conditions.
- The User is encouraged to seek written clarification for any material information prior to enrollment.
- Any reliance on unauthorized or informal communications shall be at the User’s discretion.
Nothing in this clause shall limit the user’s rights in case of any proven misrepresentation or deficiency in service under law.
- MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
The Money-Back Guarantee, if offered, shall be strictly conditional upon:
- Active Enrollment and Commitment: Enroll in the course and commit to completing at least 90% of study modules, attending live sessions and engaging in assignments and projects.
- Course Completion: Successfully complete at least 90% of required modules, evaluations, and practical work/projects, including passing the internal evaluation.
- Career Efforts: Demonstrable and verifiable efforts to apply course learning (including job applications, interviews or networking)
- Continuity: No suspension, drop-out, or prolonged inactivity without prior written approval. Such discontinuity without prior consultation will disqualify you from the guarantee.
Refund eligibility shall arise only upon full compliance with the above conditions and subject to verification.
- SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
- All subscription-based payments are final and non-refundable.
- Cancellation shall apply only to the future billing cycles.
- MISREPRESENTATION PROTECTION
We shall not be bound by:
- Guarantee of employment, income, or specific outcomes.
- WORKSHOP AND BATCH CHANGE POLICY
BATCH CHANGE:
- Requests for batch change must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date.
- Batch change shall be subject to availability and approval.
- CANDIDATE TRANSFER:
- Enrollment may be transferred to another individual by submitting a request at least 48 hours prior to course commencement.
- We reserve the right to verify and approve such transfers.
- It is the sole responsibility of the registered learner to furnish the full legal name, contact credentials, and any other requisite identification details of the transferee.
- Any certificate or completion credential shall be issued only in the name of the attending candidate.
- REFUND REVIEW AND DECISION
- Refund request must be submitted through an official communication channel.
- The Users must provide documentary proof of eligibility, including participation, completion and career efforts.
REVIEW PROCESS
- Refund requests shall be reviewed within 3-5 working days from the date of submission of complete information.
The Company may:
- Approve full or partial refund;
- Reject the request with recorded reasons;
- Offer alternative remedies (including extended access or batch reassignment)
